Description
Participate in LIVE Meditations, up to 3 times per week, with Allison. You must have taken the course in order to participate.
These LIVE Meditations are guided by Allison and will serve to strengthen your own practice as well as assist others. We can accelerate the benefits of Meditation by sitting in groups and allowing the collective energy assist us. You will notice that sitting with a guide or with other Meditators is noticeably easier than when we sit alone.

Each session is 30 min.
