Do you want to be a Meditator? Perhaps you have tried Mediation or even follow a few apps, but still have not
been able to incorporate this life-changing practice into your lifestyle. Perhaps you are a Meditator and are looking
for proper instruction and technique to strengthen your Practice.Whether you are a seasoned Meditator or someone who has never even tried to meditate before, this course is for you.
In this course you will have 5 audio files that you listen to in sequence.
Start with file #1 and end with file #5.

Meditate With Allison
Participate in LIVE Meditations, up to 3 times per week, with Allison. You must have taken the course in order to participate.
These LIVE Meditations are guided by Allison and will serve to strengthen your own practice as well as assist others. We can accelerate the benefits of Meditation by sitting in groups and allowing the collective energy assist us. You will notice that sitting with a guide or with other Meditators is noticeably easier than when we sit alone.
Please check the schedule as it is subject to change. Simply join on the provided Zoom link. We begin and end promptly. When you join, please use your video but do mute your sound.
